The room was top-class and beautifully maintained. My room included a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator. The service was great with no reason to complain.

The staff at this small hotel were very pleasant and nice. The triple room had a nice design. The location is great and unique for the price, close to restaurants, shops, freeways, and the Pinehurst Trail for walking and jogging. it was a great stay for a quick business trip.

I truly enjoyed the room with sufficient air conditioning. My bed was comfortable. The hotel was adjacent to restaurants, shops, freeways, and the Pinehurst Trail for walking and jogging. It was close to Overland Park, highways, and restaurants.

The breakfast offered a variety of choices like cereals, pastries, and hot waffles. The room was quiet, updated, and equipped with a writing table and closet space. The location was convenient, close to restaurants, the freeway, a softball tournament, and shops. The staff was pleasant and very kind.

The room comes with a nice flat-screen TV offering satellite channels for entertainment, as well as a handy microwave oven and fridge. Plus, the location here is really convenient and awesome! 🌟

Thanks a lot everyone for a very very good stay for a quick business trip. It was in a favourable and marvelous location ever in the Overland Park area. Besides, it was 3 miles away from a recreational park. Had essentials needed in the triple room, including coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator.

The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. Breakfast was excellent. But still wouldn't stay here again. It's a matter of principle.

I didn't like the fact that I was charged more than what I was supposed to be. When I checked out, first of all, I had to ask for a receipt. I said I wanted to verify the charges and was told "oh it will be whatever Booked.net said". Once I finally got a receipt, it was not the same amount. Granted it was only a couple dollars more, but if you do that to all guests, it really adds up. They could not tell me why and just resorted to "you'll have to ask Booked.net. Won't be staying here again.

The location of this place was exceptional and I would definitely return if I'm ever in the area again, it's conveniently close to Wichita, highways, and great restaurants.
